Chin Fong and Alts Anonymous have teamed up to create an incredible 1 of 1 tribute piece to be sold to a single high bidder.
Paying homage to the hard work and dedication of the LUKSO Community, this unique, animated collage blends the styles of Chin and Alts to create an eerily beautiful metascape. The piece highlights the many talented individuals that make up the LUKSO Community; do you recognize any faces? 👀
In this piece, called Microcosm, you get the stylistic blending of two great artists. This kind of collaboration is rare… and sometimes risky! Two very different styles can clash, creating something that may not jive. Luckily, based on what I’ve seen, this duo’s work is nothing but complimentary… and the results are stunning!
Both artists pull deep inspiration from a stylish, metaversal world in the not-too-distant future… and they execute their vision perfectly!
So, what was the motivation for this dream-team collab?
“We wanted to show our appreciation to the LUKSO community for being such an important part of this decentralized revolution, as we can’t build and create an inclusive future without the community being an integral part.
We know how generous the LUKSOfam is and wanted to parlay that into helping a lot of people start 2022 with some much needed help.”
This piece is sure to be iconic. And as crazy, and exciting, as the last year has been, the lucky winner will have a beautiful milestone etched onto the blockchain as a way to close out and remember 2021 forever.
The Details
The auction starts on December 26th, 2021 at 8am EST and will take place on OpenSea.io HERE. It will run for 3 days until December 29th, when the highest bidder will take possession, according to OpenSea’s auction rules.
In addition to winning a masterpiece, the successful high bidder will be contributing to a better world; both Chin and Alts will be donating 100 percent of the proceeds to the following two charities:
The Food Bank @ St. Mary’s in Seattle
Dogs For Better Lives in Central Point, Oregon
Additionally, a prominent contributor in the Seattle area will match the donation, up to $15,000. 🤯
Crypto has blessed many of us this year, but not everyone has benefited directly from this digital revolution. Food banks are a safety-net for many families and it’s important that we remember to take care of our communities, both in the metaverse and IRL.
